Secretariat business meetings are held quarterly to discuss issues related support and guidance of the Tres Dias Community and weekends. All active Vida / Tres Dias community members are invited to attend.

The Secretariat is the governing body of the Tres Dias Community. It consists of any member who chooses to attend the Secretariat meetings. Those members who regularly attend meetings are recognized as voting members. The goal of the Secretariat is to insure adherence to our governing constitution, and to assist our community in their Fourth day. We are affiliated with the National Tres Dias Secretariat, which includes many communities similar to Tres Dias of Germany throughout the world. It is the responsibility of the Secretariat to:
- Encourage members to participate fully and actively in their home congregations.
- Assist members in forming reunion groups.
- Provide leadership training for those who wish to sponsor or serve on a team.
- Ensure that each congregation has a Community representative.
- Support weekends like the one in which you have just participated.
- Schedule Sequela on a regular basis throughout the year.
- Inform and educate through the Tres Dias website and newsletter.
- Promote opportunities for Apostolic Action.
- Maintain the financial health of Tres Dias of Germany.
